Property Maintenance

RMG supervises the common area maintenance for associations that we manage.  Included in our services are the following on site duties:

  • Perform site visits/inspections to effectively manage grounds
  • Contract with suitable vendors on behalf of the organization to maintain common areas in accordance with standards established by the Board of Directors.
  • Ongoing evaluation and recommendation for long term maintenance 
  • Obtain and collect bids for common area maintenance 
  • Negotiate and retain contract for services 
  • Provide 24 hour emergency response 
  • Maintain insurance policies and secure quotes annually. 

Administrative Support

Administrative support is provided primarily in addressing records and correspondence as well as coordinating and supporting board meeting.  Typical services include: 

  • Maintain financial records
  • Maintain individual owner files
  • Maintain owner lists
  • Respond to all association related correspondence
  • Issue and manage community violations according to bylaws.
  • Facilitate estopel requests and new resident applications required for sales/rentals 
  • Attend regularly scheduled meetings
  • Attend the annual board meeting 

Accounting Services

RMG provides a complete suite of financial and accounting services including: 

  • Process monthly dues and assessments
